In 1999 Black River Electric contacted Sargent Construction Co. to look at the possibility of building a new complex on Hwy 67 North of Fredericktown. As we developed the site plans, building floor plans, and then a budget estimate, the Board of Directors from BREC signed the contract to build the new complex.
