This building was constructed by Sargent in 1989 for warehousing. As Gilster Mary Lee grew the space became manufacturing. The heat and humidity cause by the production of food required insulation to be replaced. Building roof and insulation was removed and replaced. Accessibility was limited requiring workers to move materials over 300′ across adjacent building.
