Industrial manufacturing project which involved full design-build services. Work included structural steel, metal building systems, concrete foundations, electrical and mechanical.

Building was located on a steep hill side requiring the use of a 80′ snorkel lift. Special work hours and coordination required with CertainTeed so trucks were not blocked and loading was not interrupted.
